The best coffee in Brighton. End of. As of writing this, there’s 270 reviews and it still has a flawless 5 stars. That’s because this place is great, truly coffee shop perfection in my eyes, and deserves every single one of them. Regardless of anything else, the coffee is outstanding. I’ve tried two different beans they had an offer, and now can’t wait for another when they switch them up. Both my flat whites were incredible. Smooth, complex, well made and just a joy to drink. The staff are friendly, really chill and make the whole experience lovely. The decor, though a small shop, has so much character and makes the place feel so cosy. Last but not least, the cookies. My word the cookies! A great coffee and a great cookie is a way I want to spend every weekend I have. They are moist and come in some really cool flavours. This place is perfection.
Super cute coffee shop. The staff were so friendly and then vibe in there is great. There is some indoor seating and outdoor seating. The main draw though is the coffee: it’s amazing! One of the best flat whites you can get in Brighton. Would definitely recommend to any coffee lover or cafe enthusiast!
Wonderful hidden gem in Brighton! Aesthetic, friendly and yummy! Flat white was very well balanced. Wanted to try the banana bread but sadly I was too full thenThe vibes in the shop is just pure “don’t worry be happy!” Would defo go back next visiting Brighton! Try it out, they are more than 5 stars
This is my favorite local coffee spot. Especially kind staff, homemade baked goods, cozy and quiet interior, conveniently tucked away in The Lanes. It's tiny with only 4 small seating areas so don't come with a group of more than 2 or 3. Ideal as a solo coffee drinker, I bring a magazine or just relax.
Really knows the beans, and gives spot on recommendations. Had a long black, nicely rich and acidic notes of fruit. Just as advertised. Decided to also get a cold brew: same-same. Delicious on-target summer recommendation. Atmosphere? Sitting here just a little while, the neighbors and community clearly love coming here, enjoying a cup and a chat, then moving on. Friendly, calm, delicious.
An exceptional experience. Their Sidra natural on espresso offers a distinct anaerobic taste profile, making it a strong recommendation. The flat white was delicious, and the pistachio white chocolate pastry was irresistibly moreish.
We stumbled upon this places while on holiday from the Netherlands and we loved it so much! Such a nice moment of quiet and amazing coffee and banana bread.
By far the best coffee in the UK and their lavender chocolate cookie is... heavenly! I wish I had a bigger pancreas that I could eat 10 of them in one go
